Membership Change Options Explained

There are 3 types of Membership Changes to choose from. If you are not sure which option is the best for you, please read this entire section before filling out this request form.

 

Training Break *Recommended for most situations*

  • Take a leave of absence for ANY reason for 1 week or longer.

  • During a Training Break, you continue paying every month according to your membership agreement

  • You get Time Credit on to the end of your program, so that you get back all the time you paid for.

  • We can only give Time Credit to you if you've give us at least a weeks advanced notice through the form below and specify both a leaving and returning date.

 

Medical Billing Hold

  • A Medical Billing Hold is when you stop paying and stop training for a month or longer due to physical disability.

  • There is no monthly fee for this hold, but a doctor's note and a week's notice is mandatory to start this.

  • You are still responsible for the remaining time left on your agreement after you return.

  • All Medical Holds need to include a return date within 6 months. It can be changed at any time with another's doctor's note.

  • Any Medical Hold that does not have a doctor's note attached will be treated as a Premium Billing Hold.

 

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your agreement early for any reason, but we kindly ask that you describe your reason for cancelling in the comment section of our form.

  • We need 60 days notice for any Cancellation unless otherwise stated in your agreement. This means all bills within the 60 days will be collected.

  • Older Agreements may have only 30 days notice and a cancellation fee.
