Kickboxers Ultimate Training (KUT) is unlike any workout you’ve ever tried. It doesn’t matter your age or your experience level, you will have a great time and get an amazing workout with us.

We offer classes 6 days a week. Members only (no drop-ins).


Our Fitness Classes

We offer both strength and cardio classes to ensure that you have all you need to gain and retain your health. All of our classes are beginner-friendly and can be taken at your own pace.
